job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOne year general fleet and equipment maintenance and repair experience preferred Valid driver license issued by the state where employed, with insurable record Knowledge of mowing and landscape equipment Knowledge of small engine and two cycle engine repair Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook Has own tools Basic Mathematical Skills Ability to read, write and comprehend English Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred Frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand and walk Must be able to see at close vision, distant vision, peripherally, have depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus Frequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools or controls Frequently required to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50-75 pounds Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance Frequently works with mechanical objects and frequently outside in all weather conditions Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals Frequently exposed to loud noise levels Taking equipment to and from vendors for repair Parts pickup from vendors Clean up / organization of shop Operate machinery (lawn mowers, riding mowers) to move around shop Deliver equipment to job sites Abide by company guidelines and safety policies.
