Data Science Manager

A company is looking for a Data Science Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product and Project Management teams to strategize data-science-driven solutions and draft business requirement documents

Implement predictive-modelling solutions for the company's products and managed services

Manage a Data Scientist, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and mentoring

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Urban Science and Informatics, or related field

2 years of experience in a Data Science Manager or similar role

2 years of programming experience in R or Python

Experience with Apache Spark for machine learning or ETL pipelines

1 year of experience with AWS S3
