Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with a strong background in data analysis to design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, and DAX, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.The candidate will work closely with members in our Data and Analytics group along with Executive sponsors. You’ll collaborate across business units to understand requirements, model data, and create intuitive visualizations that tell a compelling data story.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate needs into BI solutions.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain data models, using DAX to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights from large data sets.
• Optimize report performance, data refresh logic, and user experience.
• Document report requirements, definitions, and data flows for transparency and reusability.
• Support self-service BI initiatives by training users and promoting BI best practices.
