Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools using modern testing methodologies and best practices. This includes selecting appropriate tools and technologies that align with the technology stack and business needs
- Write, execute, and maintain automated testing for functional, regression, performance, unit / component, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Generate / improve overall testing documentation and provide detailed reports on testing outcomes
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements, define test scope, and integrate testing into the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Integrate automated testing into Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops
- Prepare automated test tooling to assist with Software Integration Testing (SWIT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) procedures
- Champion a culture of quality across the engineering team and define best practices and standards for test automation
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team collaboration efforts to ensure thorough test coverage and alignment with project goals
