Real Estate Associate - Phoenix

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the Phoenix office. In this practice, the selected applicant will be working with experienced real estate attorneys in representing commercial lenders, private developers, companies which have real estate needs ancillary to their primary businesses, and large landowners.

Qualifications :

• Candidate should have 2 years of general transactional real estate experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated capacity for independently managing complex real estate transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
• Candidate must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed to practice law in Arizona.
