• Utilize digital tools and technologies to improve planning accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness.
• Using digital tools to improve work efficiency and accuracy continuously and visualize the management of key performance indicators.
• Performance Metrics :
• Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OTD, ITO, and OFT.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance daily operation performance.
• Inventory analysis monthly, focus on optimizing inventory, especially on balancing the demand and inventory
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on planning objectives and strategies.
• Communicate planning status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and digital transformation.
• Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, tools, and systems.
