Data Entry / Quoter

This is not a remote position. In-person only in Forney, Texas.

Part-Time role available M-F from 10 am - 2 pm

In the data entry / quoter role at the Elia Saucedo Farmers Insurance Agency you will be in our marketing department, supporting our sales staff by contacting prospects, gathering data, building quotes to pass to our sales team.

This is an entry level role that can turn into a marketing team lead, move into a sales role, or move into a customer service role. Hourly base + commissions can equal to $14 to $20+ an hour.

Property and Casualty license is required to start and life and health license must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. We provide FREE licensing materials for hired candidates.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions
• Perform risk analysis and underwriting
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team member
• Implement / adhere to company and Agency guidelines
• General customer service duties as presented
• Performs other duties as assigned
