Have you ever wanted to own your own State Farm office? Top 5% State Farm Insurance Agent located in West Des Moines, Iowa is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for James Lunders, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. If you don't have experience, no problem! We can teach you everything you need to know. What's more important to us is that you have the drive and a good attitude. We will guide you through the process of becoming a State Farm agent.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
