Responsibilities
Implement change strategies by creating and tailoring communication materials that convey the benefits of KPMG' value‑driven pricing methods; craft key messages into emails, video scripts, user guides and other formats to support new pricing tool rollouts.
Leverage platforms such as KPMG Today, Viva Engage, newsletters and podcasts to deliver strategic messaging, promote pricing transformation capabilities and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and hyper‑care during tool rollouts.
Collaborate with offshore resources to develop and maintain PCE team microsite pages, ensuring current, relevant content that supports the pricing transformation journey.
Prepare presentations and reports for leadership, demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint to deliver clear, impactful updates under tight deadlines.
Support the team on essential tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and analyze communication and engagement metrics to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in KPMG's pricing transformation initiatives.
Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum three years of recent experience in communications and change management, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills tailored to diverse audiences and communication platforms.
Strong verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with change‑management principles and supporting cultural and behavioral shifts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating initiative and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in communication technology tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe Suite, video‑editing tools) and strong PowerPoint skills; experience with technology adoption and user support is preferred.
