Real Estate Legal Assistant – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Join a well-respected Fort Lauderdale law firm as a Real Estate Legal Assistant supporting a team of accomplished attorneys in a busy and dynamic practice.

This is a Direct Hire position and will be hybrid after 90 days.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to attorneys handling complex commercial real estate transactions, ensuring every detail is managed with precision.

Position Overview :

• Provide advanced administrative support to attorneys and legal assistants
• Utilize knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, especially within real estate
• Coordinate attorney schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel
• Assisting with billing processes, and preparing expense documentation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare legal documents and maintain physical and digital files
• Communicate with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders
• Offer support during detailed commercial real estate closings Qualifications & Experience :
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills and ability multitask and maintain fast pace
• Understanding of legal language and real estate processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a real estate law firm
