Software Test / Integration Engineer

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• To be eligible for this position you must hold an active TS / SCI clearance and must be willing to secure and maintain CI Polygraph.
• Work must be performed 100% onsite, however flexible work schedules are permitted.
• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability.
• Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and / or subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and / or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and / or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify / validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
• To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the requirements for either the Senior or Staff Software Engineer level :

Senior Software Engineer :

5 years of relevant experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree

9 years of relevant experience with a related Bachelor's degree, or 7 years with a Master's degree

Pay Rate :

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $185,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Navstar considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. A candidate hired into this position will also be eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00, subject to certain contingencies in accordance with Navstar policy and applicable law.
