Externally, we call this a Sales Specialist. Internally, we know it as a System Integrity Specialist, because that's exactly what you'll be doinghelping customers stay safe and code-compliant by following up on fire alarm system deficiencies and connecting them with the right solutions.

But let's be clear : this is not your typical inside sales job.

About 70% of your time will be spent in the officereviewing inspection reports, building quotes, sending proposals, and communicating with customers by phone and email. The other 30%? That's when you'll be out in the fieldmeeting with customers face-to-face, building rapport, surveying fire alarm systems, and making sure your recommendations are spot-on.

You'll also be paired with an outside sales executive and act as a key point of contact for your accounts. You'll be the go-to person for questions, scope clarifications, contract renewals, and anything else your customers need to keep their buildings protected and their systems up to code.

What You'll Do

• Review inspection reports and deficiency documentation provided by inspectors
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals for fire alarm system repairs and recurring maintenance contracts
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their main point of contact for anything related to service and repairs
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to clarify scope, provide updates, and answer questions
• Collaborate with internal departments (like Operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote to completion
• Track contract renewals, follow up on outstanding proposals, and handle light administrative tasks like forms, documentation, and scheduling
• Visit customer sites as needed to survey systems, build rapport, and ensure your recommendations are accurate and tailored
