B2B Account Executive Outside Sales About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business-to-Business (B2B) Account Executive to join our outside sales team. This role requires strong communication and selling skills to generate new appointments and sales opportunities for our internet products.
Successful candidates may come from a variety of sales or customer-focused backgrounds, including recent college graduates. If you thrive in a competitive environment and are eager to build a career in the technology sector, this is an excellent opportunity to gain industry knowledge and grow professionally.
You will receive comprehensive training on our products and sales processes to identify and sell cloud and fiber-optic network services to local and regional businesses. Within 6 to 18 months, you will work closely with mentors to set career development goals and position yourself for advancement within the company.

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers
Create and maintain sales reports, tracking financial data and performance metrics
Negotiate and close sales deals while handling objections professionally
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Set appointments for business internet, phone, data, private, and UCaaS services
Maintain and update CRM with prospective customer information
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential customers
Complete necessary sales paperwork and administrative tasks

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong management and leadership abilities
High level of integrity and accountability
Effective prospecting, cold calling, and objection-handling skills
Ability to follow a structured and proven sales methodology
