ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and support the overall objectives of our organization. The Director of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in HR management, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and trends. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our HR function and drive organizational success through effective talent management and team member engagement strategies.

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following :

Strategic HR Leadership : ​

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on all HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and team member development.​
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth and success.​
• Manage and lead HR team members​
• Attend HR and industry conferences to stay up to date on trends
