Medical Event Planner

A company is looking for a Medical Event Planner Logistics Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute medical events, including booking speakers and securing venues

Manage vendor relationships and oversee event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

Document procedures and ensure compliance with ethics and policies for event execution

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Previous experience in medical event planning within the healthcare or pharma industry

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Experience in accounts payable and invoicing

Ability to manage HCP contracting processes effectively
