CCR certification a plus Utility Design, water and sanitary sewer utility layout and lighting design Developing Maintenance of Traffic schemes, Construction Phasing and Traffic Control Plans Developing project cost estimates and specifications, including Special Provisions. Construction consultation experience Excellent communication skills–both oral and written. Experience with preparing technical reports and memorandums.

Job Responsibilities
Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Civil Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to :
- Work as a part of design team in the successful project delivery for clients including VDOT, NCDOT, and agencies in the Mid-Atlantic Region and locally administered transportation projects in Virginia.
- Project types include transportation improvement projects, safety improvement projects, bridge replacement projects and multi-use trail projects.
