General word processing duties and responsibilities. Shift : Monday and Tuesday 12 : 00 a.m. - 7 : 00 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday 8 : 00 p.m. - 8 : 00 a.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurately edit / input, scan, convert and format legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms
• Assist legal and non-legal personnel as needed.
• Must be flexible to cover the Front Desk when necessary.
• Attend on-going training classes to develop proficiency in all applications used by the firm for document production.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints, high-volume document production and other essential duties.
• Ability to create and edit graphic presentations.
• Ability to handle and facilitate SEC compliance of PDFs to a PDFA format.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 $105,000. The base salary offer is based on a variety of factors which includes, but not limited to qualifications, education and experience.
