An employer is looking for a Program Manager for one of our top utility clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead large-scale CIS (Customer Information System) and SAP (ISU) security programs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, program delivery experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills to drive complex initiatives and foster a collaborative team culture. We are looking for someone who has led and managed CIS / SAP security-related programs, ensuring successful delivery of all program milestones. A Program Leader who is comfortable as the primary point of contact for program deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Confident in collaborating with cross-functional teams to operationalize security requirements and manage program risks. Skills and Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in a Program Management role
• Strong knowledge of CIS (Customer Information System) : Experience with CIS is essential, as the role will be heavily involved in CIS-related programs.
• Technical expertise in SAP (especially SAP ISU) : Candidates should be versed in SAP, ideally with experience in SAP ISU. ERP experience is acceptable if SAP ISU experience is limited.
• Security program experience : Should come from a security lens, with experience managing and operationalize deliverables in security-related programs.
• Team player and tactful communicator : Must be able to navigate complex team dynamics, present ideas diplomatically
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Prefer a project manager who has led security projects over a pure security analyst.
