Location : THIS POSITION SERVICES CLIENTS ON-SITE IN South Florida, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties

Job Type : Hybrid / Full-Time THIS POSITION IS REMOTE AND SERVICES CLIENTS ONSITE - CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO SOUTH FLORIDA

Experience Required : Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferably with equivalent education / certifications

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, monitor, and maintain computer networks and related computing environments.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls).
• Perform routine network monitoring, identifying and troubleshooting network issues.
• Maintain network security by setting up firewalls, updating security protocols, and responding to security breaches.
• Support and manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data protection protocols.
• Collaborate with IT teams and departments to ensure seamless network integration and functionality.
• Provide user support and training as needed for network-related issues.
• Document network infrastructure, configurations, and processes for transparency and team collaboration.
