Founding Operator

Job Description

The company is a data-science driven special investigation unit that leverages data across employers, insurers, and contractors to prevent fraud in the P&C insurance space - especially workers' compensation & personal injury fraud. We're looking for a Founding Operator to help us build smarter, more predictive systems that shape the future of fraud detection in blue-collar industries.

Compensation : $130-$170K Base Depending on Experience + Equity

What you'll do :

• Act as the right-hand to the CEO on strategic and operational initiatives, taking calls in lieu of the CEO.
• Run cross-functional meetings, coordinate hiring efforts, and manage investor communications.
• Oversee the execution of top company priorities across GTM, product, and hiring.
• Coordinate between teams, track OKRs, and handle special projects.
• Manage existing clients and articulate the value proposition of Dashly's services.

Location : In-person 5 days a week in Midtown, Manhattan

The company is growing fast and closing close to $10M in claims and achieving 4x ARR in 4 months from $225k to $950k. This Founding Operator role offers a unique opportunity to step into a COO-track position managing high-stakes client relationships and shaping the future of fraud detection in blue-collar industries.
