    • This is a full-time, W-2 position.

    Compensation : $75,000+ at plan earnings, with upside commission potential for top performers.

    Responsibilities : What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate & Close : Sell investment properties to buyers and investors at maximum value.
  • Own the Pipeline : Build and maintain a buyer list, keep deals moving, and follow up relentlessly.
  • Market Properties : Push inventory through listings, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
  • Collaborate : Work hand-in-hand with Acquisitions to move deals seamlessly from signed contract to closed sale.
  • Hit Your Goals : Exceed monthly and quarterly targets — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary.
  • Build Relationships with Buyers : Meet and greet new buyers so that whenever they are seeking a new flip project, they think of us first.

    • Qualifications : Requirements :

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license & reliable transportation.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience in sales in any field.
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for showings and buyer meetings.
