Strategic Product Manager
GE Vernova's Grid Software business is building the digital foundation for a cleaner, more resilient electric grid. This role is part of a focused effort to evolve how we deliver value, not just through our products, but through the business models, support structures, and experiences wrapped around them.
As a Strategic Product Manager, you'll drive key initiatives that enable our transition to cloud-first delivery, subscription pricing, and outcome-based product operations. This is a hands-on, high-visibility individual contributor role that works across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Commercial teams.
You're a system-level thinker with deep understanding of power systems operations and a track record of driving cross-functional change in a complex environment. You've earned your MBA not just as a credential, but as a way to connect market dynamics, business models, and customer needs.
What You'll Own :
- Design and drive execution of product-led initiatives tied to our subscription model, usage metrics, and customer experience redesign
- Connect technical product decisions with commercial outcomes from pricing and packaging to onboarding and support
- Build and maintain operational mechanisms to ensure roadmap execution translates into measurable business impact
- Shape how we define and measure value across the customer lifecycle (e.g., time-to-value, adoption velocity, renewal health)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align product strategy with operational execution
Required Qualifications :
MBA from a top-tier institution5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or business operations in an enterprise software or industrial tech contextDirect experience with power systems ideally in utility operations, grid planning, EMS / DMS, DERMS, or related fieldsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through complexityStrong analytical, communication, and storytelling skillsRoles and Responsibilities :

The base pay range for this position is 176,000.00 - 220,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 20% Variable Incentive Bonus. This posting is expected to close on September 10, 2025.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
