Location : Tanasbourne, OR

Compensation : $58,000 – $62,000 DOE + performance-based bonuses

Start Date : January 1, 2026

BODYBAR Pilates is coming to Oregon! We are opening our first studio in Tanasbourne and hiring an outgoing, driven, community minded Founding Studio Manage r to help lead the launch and set the standard for future BODYBAR locations across the Portland metro area.

This core leadership position works directly with the studio owner and fitness manager to drive sales operations, staff organization and pre sale community events leading up to our grand opening in 2026. You will help shape the studio culture, systems and member experience from the ground up.
