A company is looking for a Service Operations Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Services, Sales, and clients to support service delivery
Manage full lifecycle operational engagement and project management activities
Provide actionable intelligence and data insights to Services Managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in services operations
Proven ability to provide forward-thinking leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Professional Services Automation tools (preferred)
Experience implementing process improvement projects (preferred)
Experience with Power BI and Excel dashboard creation (preferred)
