The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead their sales strategy across both direct and channel partner models. This is a pivotal leadership role with the mandate to grow top-line revenue, build strategic relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team in a hands-on capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Leadership : Personally manage and close high-value accounts in industrial sectors by selling ruggedized computers and plant-floor computing solutions.
• Channel Development : Expand and nurture partnerships with Distributors, Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), and Rep Firms to increase market penetration.
• Team Management : Hire, coach, and lead a sales team focused on both direct sales and channel success; foster a high-performance culture.
• CRM Excellence : Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipelines, analyze performance data, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, operations, and marketing to translate customer needs into actionable business improvements.
• Effective Communication : Create persuasive proposals, reports, and internal communications that drive alignment and clarity.
