A company is looking for a Care Advice Line Health Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for the Care Advice Line call queue, including triaging and transferring calls
Assist patients with self-management goals and make referrals to appropriate resources
Collaborate with the care team and handle inbound business office calls related to population health
Required Qualifications
Relevant clinical experience and educational background
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Technical competency for charting in EMR and other applications
Experience in patient and provider communications
Ability to remain patient and polite in all call situations
