Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor to join a team. This is a fully remote permanent position offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of claims professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing claims processes ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving key initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $120000 - $140000 per year (based on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor your key responsibilities will include :
Supervising and managing staff including hiring onboarding and performance management.Establishing communication protocols and conducting regular meetings with team members and management.Ensuring consistent delivery of processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.Scheduling developing and implementing training programs and presentations.Managing claim file assignments rotation and workflow.Overseeing claims management system backlogs activities diaries reserves and caseloads.Reviewing and approving adjuster correspondence coverage analysis and claim resolution strategies.Conducting file reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and audit protocols.Analyzing performance trends and driving key initiatives to achieve target KPIs.Acting as a liaison between the department and internal / external partners including compliance audit training litigation management and vendors.Qualifications / Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills :
Bachelors degree (required).7 years of experience adjusting Commercial Auto Claims.3 years of experience with litigated matters.3 years of claims management experience.Leadership experience (required).Adjuster License and confirmation of home state license (FL or TX preferred).Subject-matter expertise in :Coverage and policy forms.
