What You'll Do

• Lead the Proposal Lifecycle : Project manage all RFx activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Orchestrate Response Teams : Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses
• Develop Response Strategies : Lead response team alignment calls and discussions to define scope, understand customer needs, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines
• Craft Compelling Content : Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating Veeva's value proposition and differentiation
• Drive Efficiency and Quality : Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the content management team to maintain the accuracy of proposal templates and the answer library
• Manage Multiple Priorities : Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines
• Ensure Professional Presentation : Format, proofread, and edit all proposal deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance
