Job Summary
Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company's line of services within assigned facilities. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds. Conducts "face to face" relationship with Customers in the service of the client's requirements. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. Self performs the following duties in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone, laptop) to :
Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
Keeps facilities clean in appearance, removing trash, minor landscaping and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
(HS Diploma, Under / Graduate Degree, etc.)
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent two-year college or technical trade school; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Business Experience
(prior years work / related experience)
Five or more years mechanical experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Licenses / Certifications
Must possess applicable certifications, license and a valid driver's license. Universal Refrigeration License
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations.
