Position Summary

The Director of US Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) is a visionary leader responsible for defining the strategic direction, enhancing performance, and maximizing the impact of Travere's US Field Medical team. You will lead a dynamic and growing team of regional directors and MSLs, setting a standard for field excellence across our offered therapies.

The ideal candidate is an inspiring and inclusive leader, possessing extensive experience in Medical Affairs, a deep understanding of the industry landscape, and the talent to motivate, coach, and foster high-performing teams. This individual will promote scientific exchange, strategic connections, impactful insight collection, and collaborative efforts to ensure that the US MSL team makes a significant difference for patients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and our business.

Compensation : Our competitive compensation package includes base salary and short-term incentive opportunities, along with long-term incentive compensation (company stock).

Target Base Pay Range : $238,000.00 - $320,000.00
