Shop Service Manager (Kent, WA)

Your Responsibilities :

• Recruit, train, engage / retain and schedule In-House Service Technicians to effectively support customer service demands and operational needs.
• Address customer inquiries, and equipment service needs; process service quotes and warranty claims.
• Manage site work-in-process to ensure safe and consistent service delivery, along with effective utilization of in-house service resources.
• Manage facility infrastructure needs including maintenance scheduling and expense processing.
• May perform service repairs on a frequent basis (must have own tools).
