Resource Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Resource Planning who will develop and manage workforce development plans and strategies. Key Responsibilities Oversee the workforce planning process, including forecasts and agent schedules Manage day-to-day operations, including policy development and compliance Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and implement service enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of related experience in workforce management operations Proven leadership skills with at least two years of people management experience Experience with process improvement and project management Advanced Excel skills and experience with workforce management software
