Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday (Potential for full-time), first / second / third Shift, 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : Up to $15 / hr

Location : Dayton Ohio 45404

Experience : Entry level, 1-2 years, 5+ Years

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities and Requirements to include :

• Process Accounts Payable
• Initiate check run process
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Work in a team environment
• Provide financial, administrative and clerical services
• Process and monitor payments
• Prepare and monitor the AR system
• Perform reconciliations and provide resolution on accounts with disputed balances
• Set up new accounts
• Computer Skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting programs, MS Office Products, & Email
