Executive Chef Responsibilities :
Leads dining service operations which may include catering and concessionsInspects and evaluates on-site food preparation, sanitation, merchandising, and service standardsModernize food production and service techniquesMaintains brand standard with emphasis on unrivaled service, quality and excellenceConducts training classes for service personnel as neededDevelops a competent team of managersDevelops and monitors budgetAssistant Director of Food and Beverage Requirements :
Prefer ServSafe and TIPS CertificationBachelor's degree or Associate's degree3+ years of experience in extensive Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine in a hotel or senior living property including operational and financial expertise and experience with Senior Living Food Service is a huge plus#post
