As the quarterback between clients and our creative and development teams, you'll be instrumental in initiating and leading a team that ensures all projects stay ahead of schedule. Compensation :  Competitive salary with frequent performance bonuses.

Language Requirements : Advanced English (C1 level)

Location : Remote

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee management of both new and existing websites, ensuring timely completion and high quality.
  • Build productive and profitable relationships with business owner clients, serving as both the first and last point of contact.
  • Resolve issues, implement updates, and maintain proactive communication to keep all projects on track.
  • Create and lead a team of high-performing professionals to ensure cohesive communication and project alignment.
  • Drive growth and profitability by strategically managing projects and client relationships.

    • Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands on experience with WordPress is required . Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a ridiculous attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and onboard new team members.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and project timelines successfully.
  • Capacity to learn new tools and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
