Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, developing positive relationships
Analyze customer needs, gather information, and open work orders
Create complex work orders, prepare repair plans, and schedule work while providing status updates to customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or automotive service administration
Knowledge of warranty administration and claims processes
Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs effectively
Familiarity with scheduling and work order management
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology is a plus
