About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Volleyball Instructor / Official to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development of young volleyball players 7-14 years old. As a Volleyball Instructor & Official, you will be responsible for teaching fundamental volleyball skills, officiating games & facilitating practices while ensuring a fun and educational experience for our participants.

Instructor / Official Shifts are weekends only with shifts available on Saturday and / or Sunday. Our venues are located across Ashburn, Leesburg, South Riding, and Purcellville .

Upcoming League Schedules :

Sept 6th to Oct 11th - Fall League

November 1st to December 6th- Late Fall

January 10th to Feb 22nd

Key Responsibilities :

Instruction and Skill Development :

• Teach young athletes the fundamental skills and techniques of volleyball including bumping, passing, setting, and serving.
• Implement age-appropriate drills and exercises to enhance players' volleyball abilities (Practice plans created and provided by i9 Sports).
• Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their performance.
• Complete mandatory pre season training sessions (Financially Compensated)
