Key Responsibilities :

• Manage student and family cases by connecting them with appropriate community resources and referrals
• Provide counseling and support to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Conduct home visits to better understand family situations and tailor support accordingly
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and external agencies to promote student success and well-being
