We are looking for a Event Planner to manage and support key events such as Global / Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review, and other high-impact moments . This role involves planning, coordinating with vendors, handling logistics, and working with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize meetings and events.
• Coordinate executive schedules with multiple partners.
• Manage vendors and create purchase orders.
• Support attendees, agendas, and event documentation.
• Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
