Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in organizational and practice specific support. Candidates should have experience with title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financing's and leasing. If you are highly professional, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills we would like to speak with you.

Salary : $76k-$179k depending on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports and UCC searches.
• Coordinate title curative work with title companies, surveyors and municipalities.
• Assist with due diligence for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing's.
• Draft closing documents, including escrow instructions, closing checklists, affidavits, and closing binders.
• Prepare and file UCC financing statements, corporate certificates, and organizational documents.
• Coordinate signatures, notaries, and recordation of documents with county offices and title companies.
• Manage and organize large volumes of documents in virtual data rooms or internal systems.
• Track critical dates and deadlines; monitor contingencies and closing conditions.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties on deal timelines and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of post-closing binders and document summaries.
