What Youll Be Doing :

Caseload Management : Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (710 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.

School-Based Supervision (In Person) : Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.

In-Home Supervision (Telehealth) : Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.

Assessments & Treatment Planning : Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needsnot checklists.

Grow With Us : Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
