Job Description :

Join our innovative Collaborative Care Model and help integrate mental health into primary care! We're seeking a Board-Certified / Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team in a crucial consulting role with no direct patient contact.

What You'll Do :

• Team Collaboration : Work alongside Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Behavioral Health Clinicians (BHCs) to support the treatment of common psychiatric conditions like depression and anxiety.
• Weekly Case Reviews : Participate in 1-2 hour remote sessions with BHCs, offering insights on treatment progress, diagnostic clarity, and optimization.
• Treatment Guidance : Provide documented treatment recommendations in EPIC, utilizing registry and population-based tools.
• Asynchronous Support : Be available for communications from PCPs as needed.
• Program Involvement : Collaborate closely with our Medical Director and participate in remote monthly and quarterly program meetings.
