Position Summary

As an Accounting Specialist, you will support daily accounting operations, including payment processing, vendor invoice reconciliation, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily payments accurately and efficiently

Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and correct discrepancies

Process manual vendor invoices as required

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues

Maintain accounting reports and records as required

Support general accounting operations to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Accounting degree preferred but not required

Previous accounting experience required

Knowledge of accounting software and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong knowledge of accounting practices and procedures

Excellent phone and customer service skills

Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
