Our client is a specialized company in post-breast surgery care, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English / Spanish) Schedule Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling software.

Location : Pembroke Pines, FL

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule all in-person and at-home visits for patients, ensuring timely and accurate appointments across various locations.
• Verify personal information, confirm appointments, and ensure that patients are fully informed about their scheduled visits.
• Accurately gather and confirm patient details, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage with patients, medical staff, and other team members effectively to coordinate and confirm schedules.
• Utilize scheduling and patient management software, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Doctor Chronos, to maintain organized and efficient operations.
