In the role of Senior Real Estate Services Appraiser, we'll count on you to :

• Provide market value estimates in conformance with a variety of local, county, state and / or federal requirements
• Prepare appraisals or review appraisal reports prepared by others involving valuation conditions, including partial acquisitions, entire acquisitions, and easement valuations and oversight for others in valuation and assessment roles
• Lead others or work closely with large team as needed
