Job Title : Senior Compensation Analyst

Fully Remote

Work Schedule : 9am-5pm PST

Preferred skills or experiences :

o Running a YE Compensation Planning cycle

o Workday Advanced Compensation module experience

o Compensation analytics involving merit and bonus

o Advanced / Expert working with Excel spreadsheets

As a Senior Compensation Analyst , you'll play a crucial role in our year end annual compensation planning cycle. This role requires you to manage data, model scenarios, and ensure the flawless execution of merit and bonus within the Workday Advanced Compensation module.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of our year end compensation planning cycle, manage data, model scenarios, and ensure the flawless execution of merit and bonus within the Workday Advanced Compensation module.

Model and validate all planning scenarios (merit, promotion, bonus, equity) for the organization.

Develop training materials and manage post-cycle audit and reconciliation.

Advise on BAU Comp processes, including advising on compensation decisions for job changes, new hires, and promotions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in the design, development and implementation of compensation programs.
• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on Workday experience executing the Annual Compensation Review cycle (Merit / Bonus Planning).
• Expertise with complex data manipulation (advanced Excel / Google Sheets, EIBs).
