We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Eng Advisor Riskwithin our International Exploration group based in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities include :

• Serve as permitting and licensing lead for all geophysical, geoscience, and geotechnical surveys and studies.
• Coordinate with HSE, logistics, and quality control teams. Oversight of QCs and contractors.
• Responsible for budgeting, project management and preparation of bid packages.
• Review and assist with bid solicitations and tenders. Make contract award recommendations, audit technical performance, data quality, and deliverables.
• Establish procedures and processes for site characterization and survey contracts. Direct technical, commercial, and HSE teams for contract preparation, contractor bid evaluations, and contract clarifications.
• International travel may be required.
