Payroll Specialist

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a high-growth, industry leader that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The company offers a hybrid work schedule.

An ideal candidate will have :

• 3+ years of complex payroll processing experience.
• Paylocity experience is highly desired.
• Semi-monthly payroll.
• Ability to manage and process payroll for up to 500 employees in a multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Assist in commission calculations.
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions.
• Prepare payroll reports.
