Experience in stakeholder collaboration and change management. Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools.

Role Summary :
We are looking for a Veeva System Manager to lead the administration and optimization of Veeva CRM for commercial operations. The role includes system engineering responsibilities to drive business alignment and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and configure Veeva CRM modules (Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email).
- Manage integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other commercial platforms.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and user engagement.
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and internal standards.
