The Curriculum Development Support Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating curriculum development, integration, and coordination throughout the medical education program. Moreover, this individual collaborates with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to enhance the delivery and continuous improvement of the medical curriculum.
Assists in the implementation and scheduling of assessment tools to evaluate student learning and curriculum effectiveness. Partners with the Office of Assessment and Evaluation to review and analyze data related to curriculum outcomes, student performance, and feedback from stakeholders. Prepares reports and presentations for the Curriculum Committee and accreditation purposes. Serves as a liaison between the Office of Medical Education, faculty, students, and other stakeholders. Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding curriculum policies, procedures, and requirements. Facilitates communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students to support curriculum initiatives. Stays updated on trends and best practices in medical education and curriculum development. Participates in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Identifies areas for improvement and proposes solutions to enhance the quality and efficiency of the curriculum. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Masters and 3 years experience
Education : Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience : Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience Certification / Licensing : None.
